Q: Will Southern Chambers restock items that are out of stock?
A: We do our best to restock popular items, but some items may be limited edition or one of a kind. Sign up for our newsletter or follow us on social media for updates on restocks and new arrivals.

Q: What are your return policies?
If item(s) need to be returned, we must be contacted within 48 hours of the delivery date. Item(s) must arrive back to our warehouse no later than 14 days from the delivery date.
If you will be on vacation or unable to open your package upon delivery, please let us know ahead of time so we can hold your item(s) until you return. The 14 day return policy goes into effect upon delivery of your package, regardless of if you are on vacation or unable to open your package for any reason
All item(s) must be in original condition. This includes, but is not limited to the following: deodorant stains, makeup stains from trying on items, perfumes, animal hair/scent, cigarette smoke, obvious wear, etc.
Items meeting the above criteria will be issued a store credit.
All sales are final on clearance.
No returns on sales, jewelry, accessories, head wear, or custom items.
We do not offer free returns.
