
Return Policy
If item(s) need to be returned, we must be contacted within 48 hours of the delivery date. Item(s) must arrive back to our warehouse no later than 14 days from the delivery date.
If you will be on vacation or unable to open your package upon delivery, please let us know ahead of time so we can hold your item(s) until you return. The 14 day return policy goes into effect upon delivery of your package, regardless of if you are on vacation or unable to open your package for any reason
All item(s) must be in original condition. This includes, but is not limited to the following: deodorant stains, makeup stains from trying on items, perfumes, animal hair/scent, cigarette smoke, obvious wear, etc.
Items meeting the above criteria will be issued a store credit.
All sales are final on clearance.
No returns on sales, jewelry, accessories, head wear, or custom items.
We do not offer free returns.
Exchanges:
-Southern Chambers is NOT responsible for making exchanges. As soon as your return is received it will be processed & a store credit will be immediately sent to you via email or mobile number. After you receive your store credit you can purchase the size you need or purchase a different item.
Pre-orders:
-Pre-orders cannot be cancelled. We base our order quantity on the amount of pre-orders placed. Pre-order items or in stock items ordered at the same time as other pre-order items will not ship out until all pre-order items have arrived. Please keep this in mind and place separate orders if needed. Please do not purchase Express Shipping for pre-order items unless you do so with the understanding that the item cannot ship out until the date given in the item description.
How to Process a Return:
- Simply email us at Southernchambers01@gmail.com with "Return Request" in the subject line. Please include your order number and reason for return within the email. We will get back to you within 48 hours.
How to Return an Item:
- Original shipping fees are nonrefundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If your return is rejected you will be notified & you WILL be responsible for shipping costs back to you.
Store Credit:
- You will receive store credit for your item(s) once received. Store credit never expires. Once your item(s) have been received, you will be issued a store credit code by email. Store credit can be used on any item(s) in the store.
Ship Returns to:
-Email or direct message us on Instagram if you need to return something and we will provide you with the return address.
Cancellation Policy:
-We have a no cancellation policy, this means once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled. Once receiving your item(s) you can always return them for store credit if you would like.
NOTE: Some leathers, cowhides and fabrics/patterns may vary.
Please keep this in mind when placing an order, as we are not responsible for color/pattern variation.
